Hi, what would be the premium and how rare is a 1945 USPI 20 centavos in UNC condition? it is with a great looking luster but no toning Smile thank you

Not that rare, since most were literally uncirculated because the sudden declaration of Philippine Independence never made the coin to be used by the public.
