Like to ask if it is a opium token where in Philippines and when it was used?

I only know about opium is that there is a opium house in the past but not in the Philippines.

Yes there are especially in Binondo. Even Noli Me Tangere of Rizal mentioned that "Kapitan Tiyago" the father of Maria Clara died of addiction to Opium. Opium was brought here by the
Chinese who migrated to the Philippines.
