Philippine is like the size of UKGB but very far from thier income the income of one county in UKGB is in Billion or several million compare to the Philippine.

Just in my own opinion it will happen that there will be other mint in Philippine in luzon,visaya.mindanao.

Most countries in southeast asia past the territory of the Philippine,Hope Philippine will not be left out again or benta again that indonesia and other countries in south east asia will surpass Philippine.

No other mint if Philippine is still buried in debt, just a comment.

can anyone 100% sure that 1974 central bank 25th anniversary commemorative 25.00 silver peso is 90% silver or 50% silver?. once the world catalog keep going back and forth. 90% change to 40% and then change to 90% for few times. and i remembered during early 80's. 1974 silver peso is considered 50% silver content. so during that time. 1961 silver peso cost 60. while the 1974 cost 45. what a bargain for 1974 if that one is 90% silver.

note: marcos 1975 1,000.00 peso face value was selling 5% to 10% above face value. cause the bullion value is down to 700.00 peso at one time. which is quite below face value.

well. if you search the older edition. 1974 silver peso is only 50% silver content. i got 20 pc from the first day released through the central bank of the philippines. i sold them due to 50% silver after i kept for many years. i remembered a long line of people at central bank eager to change those 1974 coins. and the limit is 10 pc. i brought my relative. so i got 20. the worst thing happened was that the teller using her both hands without wearing gloves. counting by hands and recounting it again and again. those dirt fingers leaved so many fingerprint over those beautiful uncirculated silver coins. that is another reason i don't keep them.

all the philippines modern commemorative silver pesos. i just like the 1961 to 1963 silver pesos. but those quality made from u.k were terrible. i remembered first released were selling at 3 peso with a face value of 1 peso. that is considered very expensive during early 1960's. imagine 200% over face. and those days were even still using the silver coins. anyway. those coins were my number choice. presentable, beauty, design, seal on the reverse, and those heros. i got very few of them. all rated AU-UNC i think.

Just posting.

http://www.convert-me.com/en/convert/weight

There are certain amount of weight in copper or bronze coin to reached the level of a certain amount or unit of measure for a silver coin, that precious metal like silver and gold coin are weigh in troy ounce.and copper is not considered as a precious metal but a low grade or low base metal.most of the lower denomination in coin have copper even the large amount is in nickel, steel etc.

That the devaluation go far in coin that the base metal to be use is copper in steel coin,or copper plated steel just like the 1 sentimo in the Philippine.

The site on devaluation that a pound of copper is worth 4. something in dollar.
That 1 sentimo is around 2.0 g in weight or 0.01 troy ounce or 0.01g of pure copper?? by number of coin to be made in one troy pound of copper is 373.2 pieces.

Or 4 dollars amount of dollar per pound of copper/37320 pcs of 1 sentimo 1 percent copper if the copper in one sentimo is .01g ??
Compare to the 1960 inflation is high and evaluation and debasement is also high, from silver and gold to 1 percent of pure copper coated in steel sentimo our money or currency is just base in the coating of copper in steel sentimo other low metal follow like steel or nickel our Piso is now made of steel is steel now our currency??? or we will just measure how many coin in steel we can made in one troy pound of steel, just a comment.

Currency base on low grade metal.??

USA and federal reserve are not fool they are been for decades of years, what is the plan of USA government, most of the expert in precious metal and coin collecting are also in US most of the reference books are US writers what is that sell off just like that and US will allow that US have still fort knox if not US have there collectors and investor and they know there history, US dollar high value just back up by a small gram of gold and silver stamp coin with there authority agreed by parties it will depend on there liking US is still a super power if it collapse who will replace.is US will be not a part of it anymore??.

936 dollars per ounce seems very high, but I think he is right or in the same way but different form.

936 DOLLARS per ounce/31.1g that is 30 dollars per grams not 936dollars/373.2g or 383.6g to 2.5-2.4 dollars per gram dont know 2.5 but 2.4 in UKGB they adopted the inch or foot rule 12,24 and so on,on decimalisation by 10,100 so on,
11232 dollars per troy pound the smallest denomination is 4.68 dollars or 0.156 grams of pure silver in one coin of silver.
24 parts divided by 100 partition 0.24 or 2.4 dollars per gram?? or 240 partition in a measure that will be a pound against the dollar but the smallest partition that both can have is 1/2400 that the highest denomination is 2400 grain,.if 30 dollars per gram of silver how much is the lower denomination in copper and other what an inflation, ano ang panama ng steel peso natin?.

http://goldandsilverblog.com/ron-paul-links-bullion-coin-shortage-to-horrendous-currency-debasement-0210/

Morphing or combination of predecimal system of 24 and decimal system of 100,maybe they will agree on 2400 or 1/2400 one dollar?? bill or notes to one troy ounce of gold or one dollar?? to one grain in 2400 grain???they will decide they are in power they can ask expert as many as they like and other expert will not agree but in power will have not only their say they will decide or judge on what will happen, just a comment.

Hope they pay our national debt, back to zero debt ,maybe 1:1 at least.
What happen to the one who buried his capital, that someone will bury a capital its better to put it in exchequer or maybe pay our national debt.

Hindi malaman kung ano talaga ano benta o hindi, stronger peso is much better that weak and weaker peso if the case that a currecnsy or US dollar devalue just like what it is posted 30 dollars per gram of silver that is 1200 peso in 40 peso per dollar 40 peso to a dollar the Philippine government and BSP should make it 1:1 400 piso per day na reach na ang barometer hindi na mahirap it is different that Philippine payed its debt and piso is strong than Philippine buried in debt and piso is weak its both entirely different situation, daig pa ng mga pinoy sa pinas ang mga nasa abroad lahat kita wag lang sobra damot ng negosyate sobra patong sa kalakal problema lang sugal sa stock market eh de lanos pa rin,Just a comment The BSP dont want a strong peso its been a trend or its been happening that several years peso is getting stronger BSP intervening in peso when it getting strong and when it getting weak,BSP should not intervene when peso is getting strong ARE THEY BSP ARE ALL THINKING PROFIT,NOT PROFIT FOR THE MASSES OR FILIPINO BENTA NA NAMAN??.

http://news.filipinonumismatist.com/2011/02/hsbc-sees-peso-to-3751-in-2011.html

it does not mean that fixed 2 percent coming from BSP to the whole duaration of the loan or credit they will not lend or that increasing percent in interest rate they will loan buried in debt then they will increase the interest worst than five six the local lending system because 5/6 fund are local and small not unlike BSP or other major banks its the accumulation of wealth of the entire resources and work force home and abroad , for me it means that ordinary people will just pay their debt below 1 percent for the whole duration of payment and banks will pay BSP 2 percent the problem is that BSP own someone and interest rate is above 2 percent national debt from IMF and other they are the one who made interest high so the bottm will pay for life just like what is happening now just paying the interest small debt and national debt buried for life very heavy burden.

We will just wait if Philippine will return to green revolution, most of the city in the Philippine is not yet developed like other developed countries nor it has a blueprint like paris was constructed or shanghai didnt see any major development of one city or a master plan for the whole of the Philippine long term construction boom???? and not so many disaster or death in the Philippine and no history of famine in a way Philippine is in good footing.

http://www.opednews.com/articles/The-Ultimate-Tragedy-We-H-by-Kent-Welton-110315-459.html?show=votes
quite extreme all gone and have to borrow to rebuild in high interest different than no disaster but high interest everyday slowly dying or slow death.
and beside the Philippine dont allow other nationality to have a land so all land in the Philippine is still owe by the goverment not unlike in other countries they have already sold it to other .

Just make the peso strong it is not the value of peso to dollar that matters it depends on who are you trading with kung magugulan o hindi gawin alipin ang pinas, baka o kalabaw ang mga pinoy mura eh ano magagawa natin 3rd world o developing lang tayo barya lang tayo sa kanila sana kahit barya may silver para hindi benta.

Old joke in Philippine the wages will increase last after all raw material and product increase for a long period of time and every reason they can have like flat tire so the product is expensive, then they will increase the wages then they will reason the wages increase there business or profit will decreased business will go broke, then increase all the cost product again then the whole cycle repeat again in the expense of the people it happen several decades in the Philippine.
http://business.inquirer.net/money/topstories/view/20110402-328844/BSP-fears-wage-hike-effect

http://www.gmanews.tv/story/217209/business/palace-p125-wage-hike-rejection-doesnt-make-us-insensitive

Tuition fee in private is expensive several thousands per semester, from nursery to college most own by Private they do pay they taxes???????ordinary juan de la cruz automatic deduction from there salary is that fair from institution who gain thousands of peso or millions and to juan dela cruz minimum wage earner all inflated, wages last to increase is that fair it that justice??? is all other course like doctor, accountant, medical profession, lawyer, etc is for the rich no value or silver for juan de la cruz just repeat the cycle again or go abroad like cattle traded for the poverty in the Philippines maybe have a chance to buy a land somewhere in luzon like in tarlac.

Not into weak and strong peso but losses Billions of peso not to be strong??
I like the wages additional 100 piso a day even 60 percent deduction just itemized the contribution and deduction for health and life insurance in case a worker will get sick transferable to there family or other, for education, master degree etc and transport or car, toll fee, pension, housing, etc. 40 % will be for food and clothing most of the Filipino will have a car, home and education .
I know people who eat oil and soy sauce or salt in rice I also been through that and there OFW since 1970 till present and still Philippine is buried in debt.

It is the labor, number of hour work, number of man power, and the output or product it depends if anybody wants the product or manipulate the currency and the product to make it cheaper or manipulate the wages or the economic situation of one country.

http://goldnews.bullionvault.com/gold_price_031520114

The wages for me its like a mass just like a coin in a mass weigh by another weight to have a measure, that is a certain weight of copper coin or in roman times uncia to have or reach a ceratin amount of measure like a dinar for a day,a wages for an individual with a good job can sustain himself or can sustain a family for a day, that a saying give the day wages for a poorman that some article in the web consider silver as a poor man coin in the past now steel.

On the video posted by kolector one of the law maker ask how do we vallue the monetary against the commodity or product, for me it means how much gold and silver coin on what measure they can buy a certain product or how much wages in silver or gold they will give to the people of Utah per day or per month.

http://hken.ibtimes.com/articles/123098/20110316/utah-governor-to-decide-whether-gold-silver-coins-are-legal-currency.htm

In 1879 the ratio in wool and troy pound was abolished in weight and measure act of 1878,the direct relation of price of wool to precious coin silver and gold was lost.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pound_%28weight%29#Troy_pound

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass

The inch rule or foot rule is still important in coin denomination even if they will multiple it by ten or hundred it is the number of hour or days and months in a year.for me it is not like a 100 or 100 year like a century of measure.
It will take time for a seed to grow and the weight of the product of the seed or grain varies on how fertile is the land the more fertile the more product the heavier the grain or the heavier the pennyweight,it all depends on the fruit or the product.

The seeding the product or grain and its weight, the helper a carabao or a aide helper or man or labourer and the time elapse is interrelated to the cycle of mass of moon, earth, sun to have a product that other need it will be just fruitfull in time of harvest, just depend on how much they will give wages to the labourer everyday that a harvest may or not ruin in time or due season or all things are in value when the sun shine on it,no sun,no growth,no product,no profit.

What happen if the harvest is plenty and the owner decided to pay frugal or the accumulation of wealth is only to the few tyrant like tatsusok kawawa sa ilalim.

Its a US article good read.

Central banks are private??? not part of a state????like a coffers of the nation that can mint coins and currency, hope that there are not eying for a huge profit.

Can a Filipino can have its all deduction and contribution in silver and gold coins or the accumulation of all one can buy a house or can buy a hospital,or they will just gamble it in stock market.

Labor day, labor sector and representatives talk and have a forum every labor day just like reporting to the nation and settling other problems in the country and releasing and implementing new plans and programs of the government.

Good work student already working additional experience before they graduate they could be well advanced on their field when they graduate additional certificate for application for post graduate jobs local and abroad enormous work force if all of student in third level education are working and studying during their studies not only in summer there are backlog in courts pol sci student can help and medical profession for year round medical works etc. dont know if the Philippine thats its land was all surveyed

In farming more grain more money.

Increase in wages is a decrease for OFW is that the case that they kept the Philippine wages and standard of living low in the Philippine that Filipino will be working abroad its just cutting ones head the husband or wife is on its own abroad????

They just afraid on what they want in the Philippine will lost like Human resources.

http://business.inquirer.net/money/breakingnews/view/20110503-334377/BSP-to-release-new-inflation-forecast-for-2011-2012-on-May-5

It is better to have additional 200 pesos in minimum wage than nothing in reality the ordinary people always carrying the work load and last to increase in there pay,the government should service those that are in the bottom, inflation with 200 peso is better than inflation or not with no increase, are they manipulating the grain in the silver????.

Unique.

http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/business/05/06/11/bsp-use-mix-tools-anchor-inflation

That cycle again there is a gap or vacuum before the wages increase after the series of inflation again last wages then inflation again the transition or gap is hardship for workers and profit for others.

That A,B,C,D,E 1,2,3, rich, middle, low middle-middle low-low to the elite, they can make middle thik if low earner is high minimum wages that will effect production cost maybe its minimal seldom seen regular employee most of them are contractual so the employer have something gain on it.

Massive infrastructure like the rail road, irrigation etc the problem is the money supply that they will finish the job before money run dry or zoning buffer zone for every city just in case epedemic saw on TV that beijing dont allow others to enter during the SARS to protect themselves they can plant fruit bearing trees in the boundaries or buffer zone or in case of other calamity and disaster that one place is self sustained that others place or community will rescue but the damage is contain in one place.
I like the under pass for pedestrian continues flow of traffic time is money, like the multi layered tube in UKGB and the bullet train in Japan and Germany or all one on top of another if they like, water play important role for irrigation and sewage and water supply they can filter it and make mineral water for export and make fish adudant agian in water ways and irrigation as additional food supply.

Agriculture and industry that one of the problem face by China now but also in the past that most of them are into industry the big leap in the past that causes famine and China or other countries are buying or renting agriculture land as much they can mostly in Africa.

The empire chin dynasty also use agriculture resources or profit to use for war to unified China and that other war in the past was cause by severe weather and shortage of food.

In series of wild fire and floods and use of bio fuel grain become expensive that farmers are in the field of gold or gold rice or grain, the worker is not the owner meet half way, generous master and good worker not bad eye worker.

http://business.inquirer.net/money/topstories/view/20110510-335768/Investments-sought-to-use-excess-funds-at-BSP

The exchequer should have a flow of money or velocity by interest hope they will and can pay all of the excess funds.

Hope they are not chocking the money supply from the top???

Most that will have the bulk is for payment for investor like those bailout like in EU the developer in USA and in Ireland mostly big companies dont know what is up in the Philippine if there is any chance that there is a construction boom in the Philippine the Philippine chamber of commerce and the mayor league hope the have a master blue print for the whole country from agriculture to railroad etc maybe the top of the national road they can use as a landing zone for aircraft, one of the host of top gear made a documentary that there is a place in US that their garage is for airplane and there is a car convertible to airplane and other already developed a car that can fly but not into mass production if they like, just a comment.

If central banks print banknote it meant I Owe You more money, quantitative easing means I Owe You Much More.

Where did the 15 to 20 billion remittance of OFW goes and all the reported surplus and increasing dollar and gold reserve goes to.

Even if all Filipino will pay all its dues and bills and tuition and taxes it will go to investor stock market gambling then goes to bank international and local then to Central Banks it should go in circle go down to juan by increase in wages then remittance again then same cycle but juan is not included, they just like to open up Philippine that others can have access or 100 percent owned company can buy land and Filipino will be squatters in their own land and workers in their owned country or just like a japan marry their women or in the Philippine in spanish time they did marry locals just a comment .

Bank of all banks in the Philippine???

How about those multi national bank??
Further research and studies like the ADB IMF or WB if they have any office in the Philippine.
Maybe they can invite those biggest multi national bank in the rest of far east and go to the Philippine or Australia or Bank of England isnt that De la Rue will mint our new generation coin.
Since most of the reserve currencies are positioning themselves and since the dollar US means how many in Peso or peso fuertes with 2 pillar of hercules, they will allow Philippine Peso appreciate its value???Philippine is stategic not only by its location physically but historically.

Others using multi graph of basket of international reserve curruncies and countries that are finacilly base other stored wealth or investment in precious metal and energy resources, others using labor and raw materials, products.
Using monetary, power and trade to influence interest.
Just like the old puzzle the missing cent in all the mint production of currencies international reserve or not all with all over printing and quantitative easing all over the world even they buy and pay for services and debt where all those physical fiat banknote goes even most of all nation are in debt.
Is there is something wrong or they are choking the flow from the top the flow of money????after paying all of the expenses and bills nothing was left in the pocket of ordinary people same to the business men same to the goverment budget deficit and national debt.

It is much better to invest if the currencies are in gold and silver and it is not good to gamble when currencies is in gold and silver.
Further studies on the origin of stock market and trade, much better to invest in trade from one product or services to stored wealth and currencies,to barter to stored wealth to trade to gold and silver to fiat banknote.

And why other expert saying that others are betting to companies or stock or country will go bust???

Just wonder how stock market was after WWII in parts of the world what they are trading investing and betting then, seen a movie third man by welles in the past and they are trading from leg stocking to cigarrete in black market that is good as money on that time just a comment.

the reality is there is been several recoinage and debasement and demonitized currencies all over the world lowering the purchasing power of currencies inflation follows,is that investment interest in lower metal than the previous pecious metal, investment if the currencies didnt change to lower grade and increase to much precious metal just a comment.

http://blogs.reuters.com/macroscope/2011/07/27/the-meaning-of-a-dollar/
I thought that dollar is a number of peso during Philipines galleon trade during the time of spain that the two vetical lines in the dollar is double the measure of peso or 1:2 in ration reales is much stronger on that time and the creation of a banknote of peso fuertes or strong peso latter become or adopted to be a dollar???that is in the past but the denomination and the metal content or its purity of US dollar was increased and maintain when they are stil using the gold and silver that US minted nickel with silver content during war times, just a coment that the value of there coinage increase.
It is money if there is a law to mint a coin on what is the specification metal content.weight denomination, etc.on there law.
Also law on how products are measured and equivalent of that in coinage.
http://dailyreckoning.com/is-gold-money/
Gold and silver alone is not money some are products even jewelries with assay mark.
Some are stored wealth, maybe a raw material or product maybe a currencies if other chooses so, those who dont have a mark of authorities.
Bullion like have a triple and quadruple digit have a mark and varies in weight and its been discuss that it can pass through the airport just declaring it its been discuss in this forum so internationally accepted to be travelled but no denomonation no specific country stamp.
Further studies if there is a law that a certain bullion of triple or quadruple purity is accepted to be a payment to products and services in one country or internationally then it will be money in denomination and weight in troy ounce, then back to history of troy and pound or history of weight and measurement and coinage from shekel talent, greek, roman pound, sceat, caroligian back to physical grain equivalent to grain in silver or metal they will choose???it might end up euro dollar and pound will morp if they will back to gold they are intangled and connected throughout history, just a comment.

Lacking in infrastructure due to the Philippines is an archepelago not infrastructure in every island like roads a problem since 70s.
Shipping and airlift if all asean countries around Philippines will be develope they still have to move their products and a part of it will pass Philippines territory.
Or the investor is just waiting that they can buy and owned a land in the Philippines also problem of ordinary people that they can afford it and not turn out to be a generation of renters.

Power source there is a news that a German companies that is into solar panel is investing in the Philippines,in GB there is a deadline in putting large solar farm to allow small solar to have a portion of the market, that is in Britain sun shines much frequent in Philippines than the great British weather.
Acquiring solar panel is not cheap it cost even that it is costly some houses in Britain do have it due to the rising cost of fuel a problem world wide,if it is solar or wind or biofuel it is a all good harvesting the power of the sun, other using waste energy of the factory like Heineken in the past the documentary on legacy of social housing in GB they are converting waste from garbage up to bottle and in Germany there are incinerator that catch fumes or smoke from chimney to recycled the carbon inline to the clean air act in the Philippines at least there are creating water treatment they can use water lily there is a news in BBC that others are panning for gold in sewage canal.

One way of increasing the value of coin to buy a price of product is changing its metal content just like the Byzant or solidus and continental and British penny of Offa the other way of devaluation is decreasing its metal content due to inflation or creating inflation in products.
The problem of old 2003 cuni peso is that production cost is around 4 peso and its PPP is ????in question cannot increased the peso then because of its production cost and lower the product on that time.
Just a comment in a way Philippines goverment loss the value of cuni peso devalue by making it stailess steel.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intrinsic_value_(numismatics)
Even it is low base metal still it have intrinsic value in low base just depends if the government will increase the value of Philippines fiat banknote for paxyment of debt.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commodity_money
Base metal is for ordinary people even if it is cuni in the past,in a way increase its production cost also increase its PPP if it is not change in steel,in a way juan can afford to buy things in lesser value due to high PPP of cuni peso but the value of Philippine fiat will be in questioned and its exchange rate to US dollar to Philippines Peso vise versa.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carat_(purity)#Derivation.
All seems to be standard these days from all the ratio of debt, rating, gold reserve, reserve currencies and other economis indicator so as the ratio of stainless steel and cuni peso even if there is a portion of cuni peso in circulation in the Philippines in a way the satinless and cuni peso ratio its intrinsic value of all minted coins is still cuni and stainless steel depending on mintage per year correction will be when the expiration date expire for turn over of the old cuni and steel peso.thus it means peso intrinsically is strong even with out any other ratio or graph or indicator just basing on mintage of cuni and stailess steel???how much more including, gold reserve and dollar reserve, and rating of the Philippines, just a comment.

Now peso is getting stronger but Philippines did invest portion of its money to the USA so there will be losses and gain depending how dollar will go.and now they are planning to invest to Europe and gold reserve most of the article in the web that investing of Central banks all over the world is a buffer zone or reserve if dollar loss much of its value and the effect of it as a international reserve and one of the biggest economy is uncharted.
Philippines can pay its national debt, hope they will do that or not now just a comment if all the debt are paid does it mean that the peso is strong in zero debt and several currencies including dollar also a gold reserve it means inflation that peso will par if not exceed other countries in ratio of debt for most of the countries now have debt more than if half or certain percent of their GDP.
Making it an international currencies is another thing, dont know how other countries do that that their coins and banknote can be changed to other countries.

http://business.inquirer.net/9997/bsp-eyes-cut-in-us-treasury-holdings
The bulk invested in USA is GIR is peoples money belongs to its citizen,to the government or to the BSP????from 1970s to 2011 all money come from investors,OFW and inside the Philippines itself bulk of 70 billion dollars invested in USA,how is our national debt its feel like someone is chocking the neck of juan de la cruz,15 billion up OFW remittance per year its just like the missing cent again.
http://business.inquirer.net/10045/president-aquino-orders-dollar-watch
Isnt that BSP in the past intervene to protect inflation or slowing the increase of peso and also maintaining the value of peso when it devalue against the dollar, how many times did the BSP intervene not to increase the power of the peso and how many times that they intervene not to lower it and who owned the money that is in BSP or the one they used to intervene, one of the purpose of other countries increasing their gold reserve is losing faith in dollar or shunning away to the dollar that the problem is who and what will replace the dollar when it will happen or if there will be a vacuum in international reserve currency, sticking ones nose that they dont know if the dollar will hold or not they have a great faith or belief in the dollar while other countries are stock filling gold reserve same in the Philippines,Hope those that are in the position will accept what ever the consequences of their judgment its on the shoulder of the authority, protect or choose first your own before others.
The more debt the lesser the value of its currencies???or equate it to GNP.
Or we will just wait for a default or rate or rating agencies on the USA.
Bulk of 70 billion dollars GIR invested in USA securities what will happen when peso get stronger(didnt pay the debt) or dollar really weak, profit??? or losses???its just like a double edge sword, shoes back and fort with different label same source different currencies, just a comment.

The products and commodities in the Philippines is more likely priced half as priced in developed countries.its just like the products in the Philippines is equated in income of OFW sending to their family not equated in minimum wage in the Philippines, they are already flooding the Philippines with several currencies, still most of Filipino are complaining even OFW.
The down side is if investor suddenly withdraw their investment.
This vacuum and transition of stronger peso,ASEAN currency,Yuan won and yen,Euro or even Amero and others, fiat ,silvergold currencies money.

Gold reserve is to be used when things really bad.
Money,coin,currency.

As far I can remember that obama mentioned that the law in the Philippines should be change.

Or maybe just a comment that a law for business should be change that is 100 percent ownership and land ownership, that will be a problem to be solve by the goverment for the land owners and tennants,as long that thier is no squatters in own country and besides if they will not pay land tax or companies are excempted still the land is still in the Philippines there are cases that some land that was not due to payment in long time was acquired by the local goverment and sold, just a comment so as long they pay a tax and dont miss for a long time it is still own by the owner excluding embassy or satelite of other country like churches from vatican still they have to pay tax I think..

In the past one of the countries that everything was going to them was Ireland that most landowners become affluent to the rising cost of land and rezoning and influx of investor to their banks and stock market and boom on housing and others that seems happening to the Philippines now.
Hope they will not pump or ballon the house price as most of the things in the Philippines is already near the price of develope countries.

my advise to collectors. you not just buying and collecting coins as hobbyist. nowadays. you should set aside some money for investing coins as well. buy gold and silver while prices still o.k. you can still make 10% to 20% this year or next. for those who have it already. just hold on to it.

i prefer american eagle and buffalo gold and silver coins. this is more popular and easy to dispose. sometimes it carry a premium on it too.

new high for gold and silver again. this time gold high is $44.83/oz. gold high is $1,506.50/oz.

my prediction for this year high for gold is $1,650.00 and next year high at $1,850.00. and for silver high this year is $54.00 and next year high at $66.00 to $70.00 range. my prediction is considered to be very conservative. many others predicted even more higher than me.
