The BSP logo was from the administration of Ramos. If I remember it correctly, it is connected with his vision then of Philippines 2010. Di ko matandaan who was the artist but the mountain was similar to that of Mt. Apo.

How nice to see the sun.

8 rays,sun symbolozed righteousness.

The sun shines to both the wicked and the wise.

The mountain symbolized where the land the worker work.

It depends on what the artist really meant when he made the images.
