Any idea where it came from.

The etymology and history about this word.

Or have same program in other countries like the word hunters,looking for print when, and where the first word appear.

mano comes from the spanish word "mano" meaning hands. Dar la mano means handshake.
Western people use handshake for greetings while Filipinos use hand on the forehead as greetings with blessing.

I thought it was mauna noo in tagalog.

In short mano.

In english forehead first.
