Is there any law or site that readers can access so that they will have a guide just in case they decide to MDing in the future in the Philippines?

Aside from Presidential Decree 374, there is a Regalian Doctrine that the government has the right to at least half of any treasure that can be excavated from a private land.

With the regalian doctrine, that technically covers just about anything a commercial (for coin hobbyists) metal detector can, by luck, come up with? Shocked

Yes it the state owns all and in part public and private.

Nice that Philippines can get other material offshore with in its boundaries in contenintal shelf.
