| vensinton may have meant that is has become less appealing because it was soldered. |

| Much better to see a coin as part of an jewelry coz it only proves that it is authentic. Have you sold it already? How much are you selling it? |

| I think that it will be much better if a coin on a jewelry be mounted on a bezel rather than to solder it directly to the jewelry. |

Actually when i acquired this coin, it was part of a necklace chain with another spanish coin, the problem is i had to weigh the coin, which i wont be able to do if it was attached to the necklace, so the owner snapped it off... sayang... and besides, i was only interested with the coin, the necklace was also silver (which at that time, i was not willing to buy)... but now i realized, you are right, it would look more authentic if it was part of the neckace... ph well, the damage has been done! hehehe
i havent sold the coin, its still with me, if ever i would sell it in the future, my price would be between 400-600 dollars...
Siguro if i get a good offer, id be willing to let go of it.. |

thats right Abe, i think if only they knew how valuable the coin is, they would have 2nd thoughts of soldering it... |
