My dream is to have a few Gold Coins. I want to know how much are the cheapest Gold Coins in the USA which are easily available. I have several relatives in the USA and they are willing to bring it home to me. I heard from friends that some Gold Coins sold here are dubious and the real ones sold at auctions are priced too high, while items at the Internet are also expensive. Many suggest that if I really want it, and not particular of the vintage years but willing to get new issues, a lot of it are available in the USA and Canada. The small ones 1/10 Once you could get sometimes in auctions arround 170-200 Dollar (50 USD) over price but mostly allready rated. Also Depend to the Quality. New onece i buy only in MS 70. What I am thinking of are: the Canadian issued Maple Leaf gold coins, the Chinese issued Panda gold coins and the US issued Buffalo gold coins.. but a friend told me that other countries are minting Panda gold coins (is it true?).. another friend told me that US Buffalo golds have several coin sizes (is this true?).. another question I am thinking is can people buy direct from the Official Mints? thanks...
