I was transferring some coins to a new album when I noticed a particular coin which can not be corrected (to stand straight up / erect) in the space provided for. When I corrected the Obverse side, the Reverse side will be about 15 degrees out of its vertical line and vice-versa. It is a very beautiful coin with traces of its mint shine. Is this coin not properly minted? Maybe the somebody can answer this why?
