Just post the names of those who sell garbage via Ebay here. I belive there are some more persons here who buy there. if you don´t like to murder them just sent me a private Message because i buy a lot at Ebay and i am happy about those informations.

when buying online (especially ebay) make sure to purchase from those who accept paypal as payment. They have a feature wherein if you were sent an item which was not the same as described in the auction or sale, you can file a complaint and if they find that the seller did in fact send you an item which was not as described, they will refund you your money

In my experience as a collector, you should be a risk-taker in order to enjoy the hobby. "Numismatic" is not an exact science. Set aside effort and budget for errors and mistakes. Don't be afraid to commit minor and few mistakes. If you'll gonna adhere to the "play-it-safe" side of the hobby, you'll end-up buying expensive and unreasonably priced coins. Not all coin seller knows coins and not all that buy coins are hobbyist otherwise. Learn how to be passionate with the hobby. Remember, mistakes are our best teachers.

What that seller did was fraudulent. You can't sell a condition sensitive item, such as a coin, and post a picture of a different coin, in better shape. Fraud.

Please beware of Internet sellers who post beautiful pictures of coins while their actual coin condition are of lesser quality. I closed a transaction over the Internet with a coin seller who posted pretty pictures, but the coins turned out ugly when presented to me. He said he just copied some pictures in the Internet and used them for advertisement. Luckily, he did not insist on selling the ugly coins but I already spent some money.. Lessons for the learning.
