This is a very rare medal issued after the Philippines declared its Independence. Nobody knows how many were made but it is truly one of the rarest commemorative medal in Philippine history. This is the only known Gold Medal made commemorating an event not related to inauguration of public structures (like mint, railroad, etc.). This medal is listed in Basso. Any idea how many were produced and who received these medal?

Probably only chosen delegates received these medals especially the president and the vice president.
