| I was wondering about the "Cory" notes too, so I contacted the BSP, in their reply I was told...... "There was clamor for the inclusion of Cory Aquino to the P500 bill right after her passing last year. Like most things, it was only a spur of the moment. There has been no talk about it since." So I guess we shouldn't hold our breath waiting! |

| This is disappointing news to say the least. I had high expectations that Corey would appear on the 500 P note with Ninoy. I guess now the best prospect for this actually happening will be Noynoy winning the presidency in May! |

| I don't think Cory deserves to be honored on our money. I think she's the most incompetent president that the Philippines had. And she's one of the responsible who put Gloria in Malacanang. |
