What grade do you think it has? I think it may have EF details but hairline scratches may relegate it to VF.

Is it cleaned coz it looks cleaned to me.

the actual coin appears darker/dirtier than the pic. but it does appear to have been wiped before in the past. that's where the hairline scratches came perhaps. whether it was wiped with a cleaning solution, i'm not sure.

The details are still sharp and it doesn't show any nicks or bumps except for the scatches. For me, its between EF-AU cleaned. Nice grade, well struck, and great details. Nice coin.
