I am a collector of these series of notes. May I ask where could I find a dealer in Manila who sells these kind of notes.

i am not sure about that. try going to websites like ebay.ph or sulit.com.ph there are collectors who sell their items there.

I'm also a newbie here, i recenty bought some PNB notes in Megamall near the art gallery you may want to check it out.
